short length of rebars when rebars’ length is less than 20cm.There are some bolts that hold the rebar firmly inside the coupler and the opposite side of coupler is threaded same as SST coupler that rebar is fastened inside it.SAHAND produces couplers from 16 mm to 50 mm and other sizes according to customers’ need is available.The solid round steel DIN 1.1191 is used for producing the couplers. Universal and CNC machines are used to produce the couplers.The QC department controls the quality in each step of production line.The couplers pass the international codes and standards such as,ACI318 ACI349,ACI352,BS8110 and DIN1045.
