Weld-to-Structure Coupler

Due to facing problems in process of rebar welding directly to the steel structures and not any guarantee of quality in welded area,SAHAND
industrial group has designed and produce special coupler that is weldable to the steel structure. This coupler is use to connect rebars to the steel structure No pre-heating needed before welding the coupler.Welding must be done according to the manual inside coupler package.The solid steel bar is used for producing is DIN 1.1141 and 1.1151 and CNC machines are used to produce the couplers.The QC department controls the quality of couplers in each step of production line ,the couplers pass the international codes and standards,ACI318,ACI349, BS8110and DIN1045.
